These are not just guided tours of dairies, stables and aging warehouses, open shops, children's events, and tastings; they are also a true journey through time to discover the cheesemaking process, unchanged for over nine centuries (it is now produced with the same ingredients as a thousand years ago (raw milk, salt and rennet - and is entirely natural, with no additives or preservatives).
