The Construction of the Modern City: The Archives of 20th-Century Architects in Reggio Emilia

Through plans, photographs and drawings, the exhibition traces the city's urban evolution, offering an in-depth look at the archives left by the key figures in Reggio Emilia's architecture and urban planning of the last century.
On display are features projects from the archives of the Panizzi Library, with original drawings by Guido Tirelli, Pietro Cavicchioni, Prospero Sorgato, Carlo Lucci, Osvaldo Piacentini, and the Cooperativa Architetti e Ingegneri and Antonio Pastorini. Thanks to the generosity of the heirs, the archives of Eugenio Salvarani and Enea Manfredini are also included.
