Italy in-expectation. 12 photographic tales

Twelve photographic tales by Olivo Barbieri, Gianni Berengo Gardin, Antonio Biasiucci, Silvia Camporesi, Mario Cresci, Paola De Pietri, Ilaria Ferretti, Guido Guidi, Andrea Jemolo, Francesco Jodice, Allegra Martin, Walter Niedermayr and George Tatge. At Palazzo da Mosto, via Mari 7.

October 15, 2022 - January 8, 2023

Twelve internationally renowned Italian photographers meet their gaze in places of the urban and extra-urban landscape with no presence of people.

The opportunity, exceptional and - hopefully - unrepeatable, was offered by the first lockdown caused by Covid-19: a suspended time where even space, architecture and the environment become "other" when people do not inhabit them.

The photographers develop, each one with their own style and sensitivity, a visual analysis of the anthropic impact on the landscape, on the relationship between culture and nature, architecture and the environment in some places (both iconic and not) in Italy.
