I Gustonauti (The Tastenauts)

I Gustonauti is an event dedicated to the outstanding food and wine products of Reggio Emilia and its surrounding area.
A two-day experience inviting visitors to immerse themselves in the local culinary tradition and discover the flavours that are an essential part of the area’s identity.

The event takes place in one of the city’s most prestigious historic landmarks and offers a journey through PDO and PGI products and traditional local specialities.
Highlights include PGI Erbazzone Reggiano, Parmigiano Reggiano, PDO Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Reggio Emilia, Lambrusco and Spergola, as well as many other traditional products from the area.

The programme features a rich selection of masterclasses, workshops, tastings and meetings with local producers and consortium representatives, as well as opportunities for in-depth exploration and entertainment.

A chance to discover Reggio Emilia’s food and wine heritage, meet the people who preserve and promote local products, and enjoy an authentic experience focused on the flavours of the area.
The event is open to local residents, families, visitors, food and wine fans and industry professionals.
