Palazzo Greppi, located near Santa Vittoria di Gualtieri, was built by the Counts Greppi of Milan on an agricultural estate granted by the Este family.

Strategically positioned relative to the town, the palace represents an elegant example of noble architecture that perfectly integrates residential and production functions.

The structure develops over three main bodies, partly recalling the models of Venetian villas. The central body houses the noble apartments and reception rooms, among which the magnificent “teatrino” (small theater) stands out, featuring recently restored nineteenth-century decorations.
The two side wings, west and east, feature a double loggia, creating a pleasant perspective and functional harmony.
The originality of the palace lies precisely in the combination of spaces intended for agricultural production and those dedicated to noble life and hospitality. The main facade, parallel to the state road, faces the parish church.

After decades of abandonment, in 1974 the Municipal Administration acquired the building, launching a conservative restoration that made it possible to return this elegant historical testimony to the community.

Today, Palazzo Greppi houses the Sala Civica (Civic Hall), a symbol of continuity between the past and contemporary public life.
