Loris Malaguzzi International Centre guided tours

The International Centre offers a variety of options for its visitors: self-guided tours of the exhibitions and facilities, guided tours in small groups, and special programs for high school and college students.

The Centre houses exhibitions and workshops that showcase the history and projects of Reggio Emilia’s nurseries and preschools, featuring everything from photography and paper art to digital projections.
The exhibitions and workshops are open to the public free of charge from Monday to Friday, 10:00 am to 4:30 pm; the bookshop, where you can browse and purchase publications in Italian and other languages; the Educational Documentation and Research Center (by appointment); and the Pause-Atelier dei Sapori restaurant and café.

Interactive guided tour of the Centre

An interactive guided tour of the Loris Malaguzzi International Centre for an introduction to the Reggio Emilia Approach®. Teachers, educators, students, and anyone interested will be guided through the Centre’s various ateliers—light, digital, graphic design, paper, and clay—where different languages of expression intertwine, and will have the opportunity to visit the exhibitions, which stem from research projects carried out in collaboration with the preschools and schools of the City of Reggio Emilia.
