Parmigiano Reggiano PDO, one of the oldest cheeses in the world, is still produced using the same ingredients, techniques, and artisanal craftsmanship passed down through history. 
It is the master cheese-maker, the “casaro”, who, with his expertise and care, creates the iconic wheel we recognize today.
