The Chamber of Commerce is a self-standing agency of public right that has functions of general interest for the system of firms, taking care of their development in the local field. It is an institution which is open to the economic activities of the territory of which it is like a spokesman and promotes development through the offer of effective services.

It is net-connected with the whole chamber system of Italy and abroad, it is integrated with other organisms and institutions, it is supported by the co-operation of business associations and is the entry door to the Public Administration and a point of mediation between firms and State. The Chamber of Commerce manages structures and infrastructures at local, regional and national level, is member of agencies and consotiums and makes up special firms.
