The doctor will decide whether to give any indications to go to the Continuity Care office or give advice by phone or make a home visit.

The continuity of care service (formerly Medical Unit) is a home emergency service that replaces the attending physician and the pediatrician of free choice for actual emergencies at night on weekdays and on holidays and pre-holidays.

The Medical Unit doctor makes urgent home visits by prescribing only the drugs necessary as part of the visit to the patient or whose interruption could aggravate his/her conditions.

Please note that the Continuity Care Service is aimed exclusively at home and territorial emergencies and does not usualluy carry out outpatient activities.

Opening times

Weekdays: from 8.00 p.m. to 8.00 a.m.
Holidays and pre-holidays: from 10.00 a.m. of the pre-holiday to 8.00 a.m. of the first working day after the holiday.
