Modalità di accesso

Membership instructions with ordinary memberschip card, dispute memberschip card and supporter membership card.
The card gives the holder entitlement to: advice and assistance, including legal assistance, in individual disputes about:
water, gas, telephone, electricity bills, bank transparency, insurance agencies, travel agencies, door-to-door sales, street-selling, sales in shops, handcraft sales, and in all other kinds of disputes.

N.B.: by " legal advice" are meant one or more meetings with a lawyer offering advice and opinions regarding the problems raised by the member and relating to consumers' rights.
This advice does not incur any cost in addition to the ordinary membership card price.
