The area in front of the station has been redeveloped through the installation of twenty-four luminescent poles, with different and iridescent colours.
The poles light up in relation with the events taking place in the town and, at late night, become white.
The new roundabout, redesigned by the landscape architect Giuseppe Baldi, is decorated with vegetation of perennial herbaceous plants.
The installation is completed by the brand We A-Re Reggio Emilia, town brand created from the development and restyling of the brand that characterized the town on the occasion of Expo 2015, and a map of Reggio Emilia, that welcome the visitors at the railway station.
