Aladino Clickbus

It is the night urban transport service upon reservation in the Municipality of Reggio Emilia.
It is active every day from 8.30 p.m. to 0.30 a.m. at all public transport stops in the area (check the map).
Service with minibuses equipped with a platform for wheelchair access.
The cost of the Clickbus Aladino service is €2.50 per single run per person; the ticket can be purchased aboard the vehicle, directly from the driver.
Other types of tickets or subscriptions currently in force for the urban service are not valid.
The run ticket issued to disabled with recognized right of accompaniment is also valid for the companion at no additional cost.

how it works

The service is available through an app, available for iOS and Android, through which you can reserve your run.
Just choose the time and the starting and arrival points of your run on the app: the app will immediately calculate the route and time, optimized with all the reservations. By confirming your reservation, the service will be then active.

The service can be booked from a maximum of 15 days before the date requested to a minimum of 30 minutes before the time requested, always depending on other reservations. Check the textbook in PDF format.

In order to facilitate the transition from phone reservation to app reservation, both reservation methods will be kept active until September 30, 2024.
For this reason, until September 30, 2024 it will also be possible to book the service on the phone, by contacting our call centre at 0039 0522 927654, during the following hours:

Monday-Friday 7.00 a.m. - 7.00 p.m.
Saturday 7.00 a.m. - 2.30 p.m.
Closed Sunday and holidays.

From October 1, 2024 the service is to be reserved through the Clickbus app only.
