Acqua d'orcio
Drink of water in which licorice roots are brought into infusion.
Ingredients: licorice root, fennel seed, orange peel, water.
Making soak in plenty of water before the roots of licorice, then boil the whole, with the extract of licorice and possibly fennel seeds, anise and orange peel. After long boiling (up to 24 hours) to cool and then strain. The product obtained is extended with water in the proportion of one to ten.
