International Day of disabled people. Music and light will turn Reggio Emilia into an intimate and unexpected town, able to tell symbolically the difference. In Piazza Prampolini.

Start of the procession from Piazza Fontanesi at 5.30 p.m, after the distribution of fairy lights. The inclusive marching band "Rulli Frullini" will accompany the procession. Finish in Piazza Prampolini at 6.00 p.m., where the lights will be turned off.
