227th anniversary of the proclamation of the National Tricolour Flag. In Piazza Prampolini.

January 7, 1797 the green, white and red flag was adopted as symbol for the Cispadane Republic, including the cities of Reggio Emilia, Ferrara, Modena and Bologna, whose representatives met in the Hall of the Municipal Council, from then called Tricolour Flag Hall.
