The event, dedicated to the food and wine heritage of the Reggio Emilia area, highlights typical specialties of the Emilian tradition such as cappelletti, tortelli, erbazzone, cured meats, Parmigiano Reggiano, Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Reggio Emilia. In Piazza Prampolini, Piazza Martiri del 7 luglio and Piazza della Vittoria.
