A walk to discover the heart of Reggio Emilia, birthplace of the Tricolour flag, which was adopted as the national flag in 1797.
The itinerary will lead you through the main squares and streets of Reggio Emilia's historic centre, past theatres, historic buildings, basilicas, museums and ancient neighbourhoods, revealing the cultural and architectural wealth of the city.

Timetable

Meeting point: Reggio Emilia Welcome - Tourist Information and Welcome Office (IAT-R), via Farini, 1/A, 42121 Reggio Emilia.
Duration: 1h30.
Guide: guided tours will be conducted in the English language by authorized tourist guides. The use of audio receivers is not provided.
Participants: group composed of a maximum of 30 people.
Language: English.

The tour is outdoors (no entrance to museums/churches/monuments) and fully accessible to people with mobility difficulties and wheelchair users.

Price

Adults 10 €.
Free for children under 12 and carers accompanying persons with disabilities.
Special offer for guests staying in hotels in the city (hotel booking must be shown): 8 €.

Booking is recommended and appreciated.

Payment on site at the IAT-R Office in Via Farini 1/A in the days prior to the guided tour or on the day itself before the tour begins.
Payment can be made in cash or by credit or debit card.
