Area: 10,600 square metres
The area was acquired in the ‘80s. It was realised in the years 1984-85. it is integrated with the Health Centre of the quarter and is connected with the area of the “Andersen” childhood Municipal School. The Northern side of the green area has a private and very prestigious park as background. It is equipped with a paved path, a place with a fountain, benches and lighting as well as by a playing area for children and a sports path.
