Marco Gerra's sculpture
The sculpture, abstract work of art, is 10 metres high and weighs 90 quintals. It is composed of eight parts - geometric shapes - soldered and varnished in orange, black and white.

Description
The sculpture has been placed in the new roundabout in Piazza Duca d'Aosta and is a symbol of local artist Marco Gerra's talent and his iconographic world. It may recall the industrial civilization, that developed in the nearby Gardenia district at the beginning of the XX century, and is also a symbol of the cultural and artistic vocation emerging on the Via Emilia.
