The location is an ancient farmhouse (former convent dating back to the XVII century) which, skilfully restored, has retained the charm of the time. The stone walls, the terracotta floors, the wooden beams, as well as the tasty typical cuisine, revive all the warmth and scents of the past. All rooms are furnished with period furniture and independent bathroom, in a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere.

Inside the farmhouse is the farm of donkeys for milk, which currently has about 800 heads of 13 different breeds. It is the biggest donkey livestock in Europe.

How to get there

Quattro Castella

Situated in the hills of the Province of Reggio Emilia, this town is about 17 km. from the town of Reggio Emilia. Provincial Road 21, which runs through the entire territory, passing through the village of Puianello on the way to San Polo, divides the hill region from the plains.
