appetizers: local cured meats and cheeses including a choice of salami and mortadella with donkey meat, accompanied with fried gnocco and tigelle;
first courses: cappelletti, tortelli, gnocchi, tagliatelle and lasagna;
second courses: assorted roasts, donkey stew, homemade cakes like the typical "erbazzone", then tarts and much more.
To accompany such goodness, Lambrusco Reggiano. A very pleasant wine which, thanks to its characteristics, is to be considered a true flagship of the Reggio Emilia area.
