Historical notes

The building has a long façade. The lights are regular and symmetrically placed, with those on the ground floor being semicircular. The central body is surmounted by a linear attic and on the two sides there are low buildings that include greenhouses, stablings, and out-buildings that circumscribe a large courtyard which was once the garden of the villa. The rusticated corners are finished in ashlar-work.

The entrance is archivolted and surmounted by a small balcony on the first floor.
