The plenary meeting room is equipped for 80 theater-style seats, with a video projector and flipchart included in the price. Arranged in a horseshoe shape, the capacity is 20 people. The room is particularly functional for displaying sample collections.

The other small room, with a capacity for 20 people theater-style, can be used with a single rectangular table for job interviews or meetings for up to 10 people. Coffee break, business breakfast, lunch, and dinner services are available. All equipment (flipchart, video projector, stationery...) is included in the price.
