Capacity

The Annamaria and Marco Gerra Auditorium has a maximum capacity of 418 seats and can be divided into two rooms, each seating 209, for a total area of 440 square meters.

The two rooms, independent and technologically autonomous, can be used simultaneously and are equipped with booths for simultaneous translation.
The auditorium is arranged in tiers, with seats equipped with writing desks for placing documents or taking notes, and features a speaker's table and a podium.
The space, including the speaker's table, can be separated into two parts, both acoustically and visually, with the possibility of independent access.

Also accessible to people with disabilities, the auditorium features a dedicated reception area, an unattended cloakroom, lockable storage lockers, and private restrooms.
It is equipped with air conditioning and an adjustable/dimmable lighting system.
The Auditorium was named after the artist from Reggio Emilia, Marco Gerra, and his wife Annamaria.

Other rooms

Kuwait Room
With a maximum capacity of 80 seats, the Kuwait Room is the ideal solution for small, independently managed conferences.
It is equipped with a video projector, a speakers' table with four microphones, an independent mixer with two wireless microphones, and Wi-Fi internet.
Located in the facility's Art Nouveau villa, it ensures privacy and comfort for small working groups.
The adjacent Gallery space can be used for coffee breaks, light lunches, or aperitifs, as well as for setting up workshops or guest registration.
All the technical equipment in the Kuwait Room can be managed independently by the speakers, though technical support is always available.
It is always possible to customize the services according to specific needs, such as video and audio recording, videoconferencing, and streaming.

Galleria
Galleria is an extremely versatile environment, featuring large spaces, two video projectors, independent entrances, and Wi-Fi coverage.
Its proximity to the Kuwait Room, the Bookshop, and the restrooms makes it particularly suitable for hosting coffee breaks, aperitifs, or light lunches, as well as for being used as a reception and guest registration area.
The Gallery routinely hosts more informal events, such as corporate parties and dinners, birthdays, cocktail parties with music, dinners, and refreshments.
The space lends itself well to customization and division into dedicated areas (for example, a cocktail bar, buffet, chill-out zone, or photo shoot set), and the independent entrance ensures privacy and peace of mind for guests.

Piazza
The Piazza is the main entrance of the Loris Malaguzzi International Centre, serving as its flagship space.
It houses the Pause Cafeteria, the reception desk, and, on the upper floor, the Pause-Atelier dei Sapori restaurant.
It is a functional and well-equipped venue for business, while simultaneously offering a pleasant location for informal events.
Equipped with Wi-Fi, the Piazza can be used for convention reception and registration, or for hosting coffee breaks, lunches, and aperitifs. Another of its functions is linked to exhibitions, offering the possibility to set up commercial company stands or other promotional spaces.
Thanks to the presence of the Pause cafeteria and restaurant, the Piazza is also perfect for corporate dinners, birthdays, graduation parties, and weddings.
It is a location well-suited for formal events with set tables and table service, as well as for more informal setups with buffets, aperitifs, music, and dancing.
