Park-and-ride car parks

These car parks are all free of charge, open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and are connected to the city centre by a shuttle bus service which is free for car park users, subject to collecting a ticket.

  • Cecati (south): large car park near the historic centre.

  • Ex-Polveriera (east): car park near the historic centre and the main railway station.

  • Foro Boario (north-west): car park near the historic centre and the University.

    The car park is connected to the city centre and Mediopadana high-speed railway station via the Minibu M. shuttle bus.

  • ACI car park in the historic centre, accessible without a ZTL (restricted traffic zone) permit.
    After midnight, parking is free, but you must still collect a ticket at the entrance to allow the barrier to be raised.

Pay-and-display car park, entirely underground, open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with 267 spaces.
Spread over 3 floors, the entire facility is monitored by a closed-circuit television system.
People with significantly reduced mobility who hold a valid disability parking permit may park free of charge in accordance with current regulations.
